Mission Statement:

"The Corelli School is to take all steps to develop excellence in the performing and visual arts, combined with academic achievement, in a select group of young people."


The Corelli Dedicated School of Drama:

Drama is holistic - Integrating body, breath, voice, face and imagination.

Elements Taught

  • Relaxation and positive techniques

  • Breathing techniques

  • Voice production, including resonance,articulation, projection, and range.

  • Text analysis and presentation.

  • Physical training - body awareness, flexibility, physicality.

  • Characterization and accents.

  • Repertoire

  • Improvisation, mime, roleplay, storytelling.

  • Theatre skills, auditions, production elements, lighting, make-up

  • Theory elements and theatre studies.

  • Musical theatre.

Graduates of the Corelli School of Drama will be working to international standards, supported by the Trinity examination syllabus.
